How To Place An Order!
You can place an order by visiting our website, shop.johnnycupcakes.com. Use our navigation bar to easily search items by Type, Price, Amount, Gender or Color!
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes! Please give us a call at 866.606.CAKE and one of our Bakery Staff members would be happy to help! Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 10am -6pm US EST.
How do I cancel an online order?
Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days after the date they were placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call our Bakery staff during customer service hours at 866.606.CAKE.
How will I know if Johnny Cupcakes received my online order?
Once you complete an order, JC will provide you with a confirmation number or order number. Immediately following, you will receive an email with the details of your order. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our Bakery Staff.
What if I have a question about my online order?

What forms of payment are accepted online?
Johnny Cupcakes accepts all major debit/credit cards, PayPal and JC gift cards. Unfortunately, Level-Up is not accepted as an online payment method, it can only be used in our store locations. Checks are not accepted at any location.

(Johnny Cupcakes is based in the USA. All orders are processed in USD. PayPal is our preferred payment method for international customers.)
