Why was my order declined?

Customers are normally declined due to a mismatch of address information. If the billing address you entered does not match up exactly with the address on file with your card issuing bank, the transaction may be declined. Please double check the address on file with your card issuer and make sure the correct information is entered into the billing address field. As long as this information is correct, you can ship to any address you would like!

If you know for sure that the address information is correct, please make sure the card number, expiration date and security code are all being entered properly!
