Johnny Cupcakes accepts returns of unworn and unwashed items with tags for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment. Please include a copy of your invoice or any order information you have available to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return. If you do not have a copy of your invoice please make note of any available order information and be sure to include a phone number and email address in case we need to contact you. You can mail your return or exchange item to the address below.

Please include a $5 check, cash or money order if you are exchanging an item. This will cover the shipping from Johnny Cupcakes back to you! If you are sending an item in for a refund, please do not send the $5 for return shipping.
