I want to know why when mailing out an order with glass you would put 2 mugs in boxes and bubble wrap the other 2? Now my Christmas gift will be late.

We package fragile items to the best of our ability but occasionally items can arrive damaged if they have a bumpy transit with USPS or UPS.
